Privacy policy
Lobby is a client reporting portal for marketing agencies, operated by Neural Agents SA, Switzerland. An agency signs up, adds its branding, connects the marketing platforms it already uses, and gives each of its clients a login to see their results. This page explains what we store to make that work, and what we will never do with it.
What we store
Account details: your name, email address, agency name and the branding you upload. If you are a client invited by an agency, we store the name and email your agency created your login with.
The workspaces an agency creates: client names, which services are switched on, planned social posts and their approval status, and the notes agencies write for their clients.
Performance figures pulled from the platforms an agency connects, such as Google or Meta: spend, clicks, impressions and similar reporting numbers, fetched to display them back to you.
Connection keys. When an agency connects a platform with its own login, the platform hands us a key that lets us read that data. These keys are stored encrypted, are only ever used on our servers, and are deleted the moment you disconnect the platform.
What we use it for
One thing: showing your data to you and to the people you invite. We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not build anything on top of customers' data beyond serving their own account. If we ever needed to use data differently, we would ask first.
Connected platforms
Connections are made with the agency's own platform login and can only reach what that login can already see. Lobby is built for reporting: it reads figures and does not manage or change advertising accounts. Use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where it lives
Our database runs in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) with Supabase. The application is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors for us and store only what the service needs.
Cookies
One cookie, used to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Email us and it is done. European data protection law (GDPR) applies to how we handle personal data.
