Terms of service
Lobby is operated by Neural Agents SA, Switzerland. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your agency.
What the service is
Lobby is a reporting and presentation tool. It shows marketing results, under your agency's branding, to you and to the clients you invite. It reads data from the platforms you connect. It does not manage, modify or publish to advertising accounts, and it is not a substitute for the platforms' own tools.
Figures come from the platforms' reporting interfaces. They can lag, be revised by the platform, or differ from what a native dashboard shows at a given moment. They are provided for information, not as a billing or audit record.
Your clients and their accounts
You confirm that you are authorized by your clients to connect the accounts you connect and to show their data through the service. The relationship with your clients is yours: if a client of yours raises a claim about access to their accounts or the display of their data through your workspace, you will handle it and hold us harmless, except where the claim results from our own failure.
Your account
Keep your login credentials safe and the logins you create for your clients accurate. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to access data that is not yours.
Payment
Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup. You can cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Prices for new periods can change with notice in advance.
Liability
Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, its platform connections are severed, their keys are deleted, and the account's data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands. We update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes are announced inside the product before they apply.
